Diversified-IT is committed to improving public sector outcomes through a focus on people. The public sector faces complex issues requiring a holistic view of the enterprise to achieve maximum results in finance, human capital management, supply chain, and IT.

State and Local Government

With changes in social responsibility and societal norms, local government authorities need to increase engagement with their citizens more effectively. Digital capabilities help integrate government bodies, providing meaningful information that that helps address varying citizen's needs in an expeditious manner. The partners at Diversified-IT have been engaged in various areas of SAP State and local government implementations. Local governments include several county and city municipalities and several higher education institutions.

Education

The education sector requirements are truly unique. Budgeting and labor distribution requirements vary at every institution. We have worked on several Higher Education SAP projects implementing finance, supply chain, and labor distribution training solutions. The most recent, a large university was five months away from their go-live when the COVID-19 lockdown occurred. The shift from on-prem to remote was seamless as was training 42,000 users utilizing a remote blended training delivery model.
