By definition, Organizational Change Management (OCM) is a framework for managing the effect of new business processes, changes in organizational structure and policy, or cultural changes within an enterprise. OCM is all about the people side of change. It’s about enabling your employees and stakeholders to migrate from the current state to the future state. But how do you get there?
