Jan has over 30 years of broad-based experience, with an emphasis in finance, software sales, and support, consulting, management, and education. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Jan founded two other successful SAP services organizations.

As a co-founder at Diversified-IT, Jan is tasked with ensuring successful client outcomes. Her focus is on the “people” side of technology by delivering OCM and Training solutions to a variety of clients, including Public Sector organizations and Fortune 500 Companies. Her background includes full-cycle implementations as a consultant, hundreds of project team training engagements as well as dozens of end-user training engagements serving in a Project Management capacity.

Clients range in size from $500m to Fortune 500 on the private side. She has managed many SAP projects for State, Local, and Education (SLED).

​

She holds a BS Degree in Business and Psychology from Elmhurst College and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.

 

Living in Naples, Florida she never tires of the sunshine. When not working with clients, you will find her kayaking or on the pickleball courts.
